What it means to
Live Innsæi
{{Innsæi}} Icelandic word meaning intuition.
It doesn’t begin with the next goal, the next achievement, or the next chapter “out there.”
It begins when you pause, turn inward, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives inside you.
That’s the essence of Innsaei—an intuitive way of living that brings your body, mind, and spirit into true harmony. It’s not just a path of healing; it’s a way of being. One that invites alignment in every area of your life.
As a Reiki Master, Intuitive, and Medium, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t a destination. It’s a relationship with yourself. A conscious decision to honor where you are and choose how you wish to grow from there. I’m not just here to guide you. I’m walking this path too. Every session, every reading, every connection is part of my own devotion to living more consciously, intuitively, and authentically.
Innsaei is more than a word. It’s an invitation.
It asks you to slow down, to listen, and to trust that quiet inner voice that’s been speaking to you all along. When you do, alignment follows. Life begins to feel more balanced, more guided, and more alive with meaning.
Through intuitive readings, distant energy healing, card pulls, crystal work, and intention-based goal setting, I offer a grounded, heart-centered space for you to reconnect to your inner compass. Together, we’ll uncover what’s ready to be seen, healed, and expanded—so you can grow into the version of yourself that already knows the way.
This work is sacred.
It’s about giving yourself permission to come first. Never from ego, but from your soul.
Because when your inner world is honored, everything around you begins to shift in response.
You’re not alone on this path.
You already carry the answers you’re seeking.
Let’s uncover them.
Together.
Let’s live intentionally.
Let’s live Innsaei.
Self-love is the foundation upon which your inner world is built. Nurture it, and everything aligns
